Allergy

Yes, it's another skin illness. Twice in a month. The first time was eczema - itchy and swollen patches on the cheeks. This time round, itchy and bumpy patches all over my body. I was horrified. What could it be this time round? Have been back from Bintan; so was it the salty seawater, splendid seafood dinners, bathing gel, pool chlorine or the bed? Nobody knows, including the doctor, whom I visited yesterday. His diagnosis was a no-brainer "Allergy". I felt cheated; especially when medication and consultation fees came up to $50. Regardless, it was fortunate that it was nothing serious : ) Believed the rashes would definitely clear in no time with medication : )

This afternoon, immediately after lunch, I popped a tablet for the rashes to clear. Usually I am not one who takes medicine religiously - I would chuck it away because I strongly believe this would assist the immune system to be stronger. However, vanity got the better of me. After some time, I felt so drowsy that the temptation to w
alk up to Boss and tell him "Tristan, I am not feeling well. I want to take half day leave" was greater than anything else. Then again, it was not worth it; half a day had gone (I was still sober, in a sense). Hence, I decided to endure by ignoring the drowsiness. However, I began to see double and all I wanted was to sleep. Dozed off a few times (Fortunately, I was not caught) : P

At this moment, I am still feeling itchy : ( How horrible. Applied some cream and hope they will go away by tomorrow. Guess the severity was compounded by the seafood dinner at Jumbo yesterday - It was Fat Boy's 34th birthday : ) Thinking back, with all the wonderful dishes, guess the itch is worth it - I just have to tolerate it for another few more days : P

Temptation of the fiery chilli crabs!

Freshly cut fruits on a platter

All food must be accompanied by tonnes of tea! My pH is 7! (Note: Saw the rashes on my neck?)
