Last Saturday morning, I had to drag my bloody feet to the branding workshop at The Screening Room in Club Street : ( Presentation by the faciliator was brief (but still boring) - It was about the new company logo and slogan, which I found it childish : / (doesn't matter anymore eh?) The whole affair ended within 2 hours (somebody, please inform him that it was a waste of our time!) and we made our way to the Central Mall to have lunch at Waraku : )
Ordered Nigiri B which consisted of 9 types of sushi (wow!) and I guess the best part in our outings is not the food, but our sharing discussions : ) As usual, we spoke about how ridiculous Boss was, to embark on a branding project when he was so damn reluctant to spend a single cent and how disgusting the Vicious Lady was, with her usual antics (I hate her : ( )
After lunch, both King Kong and I headed to Godpa's house in Ubi for the SPI newsletter project. Both of us were surprised when most of the editorial team members were absent for various reason; but proceeded with the meeting (I must say it was boring and I did excuse myself several times for a whiff of fresh air!) Dinner was spaghetti drenched in tomato and mushroom sauce (cooked by Godma), pizza, chicken wings and garlic bread from Pizza Hut as well as honey glazed chicken from Giants : D~ (man, I feel fat) Continued with the meeting for a while before we wrapped up and both King Kong and I left for our own programs : )
As for yesterday, both Adeline and I could leave earlier than usual as our weekly sales meeting has been pushed to Fridays (Bah!) We went to a nearby hair salon as I wanted to trim my long fringe : / The whole process took about 10 minutes and we went on our separate ways - I went to meet up with Baby Cousin, Fat Boy and Dickie Boi at City Hall. We had dinner at Cafe Cartel before going to Lavender for a good foot rub! Guess we must meet up more oftenly before she flies to Japan for a year~! (Think I will miss her badly)
